Reportage Properties to deliver 5,000 units in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

The developer is currently working on 12 projects, 8 in Abu Dhabi and 4 in Dubai

UAE-based developer Reportage Properties has planned to deliver about 5000 units around Dubai and Abu Dhabi, according to media reports. The developer is currently working on 12 projects. Eight projects are based in Abu Dhabi’s key areas including Masdar City, Al Raha Beach, Al Maryah Island and Yas Island. Four more projects are scheduled in the emirate of Dubai.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, the chief executive office of Reportage Properties stated in the media that the company had achieved strong sales in 2020 that assures the progress of the improved performance of the UAE real estate market after the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. When compared to 2019, the developer holds record sales in 2020 exceeding Dh812 million and a growth ratio of 125 percent.

Reportage Properties’ projects in Abu Dhabi are Al Raha Lofts 1 with 178 residential units, Al Raha Lofts 2 with 124 residential units within the Al Raha Beach area. The Oasis Residence 1 is developed with 612 apartments, Oasis Residence 2 with 304 housing units, The Gate with 463 apartments, Leonardo Residence with 177 apartments, Al Maryah Vista will have 786 housing units and Diva with 736 housing units. Projects in Dubai are Alexis Tower, Rukan Tower, Rukan Lofts 1 with 349 residential villas, and Rukan Lofts 2 with 305 villas.

In the month of April, Reportage secured Dh23 million in excess during the special sales day that reflected on the pent-up demand for good projects in the market. During the holy month of Ramadan, the developers introduced a special offer with a 10 percent discount on all its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with a 10 percent down payment.
